Objectives of the ANEW-RENEW Grant Program

• Partnerships — Enhance innovative approaches to academic-practice partnerships with Community Clinic of Northwest Arkansas and ARcare in Arkansas
• Diverse — Recruit, support and train Family Nurse Practitioner students from diverse backgrounds
• Experiences — Provide F.N.P. students longitudinal immersion clinical training experiences in community-based settings located in rural and/or underserved communities serving citizens of Arkansas
• Employment — Provide F.N.P. students assistance in finding employment opportunities in rural and/or underserved communities
• Preceptors — Recruit, retain, develop, support and evaluate preceptors as program partners within CC-NWA, ARcare and other community-based clinical settings
• Communication — Collaborate regularly with all levels of grant partners and participants to maintain ongoing communication and information exchange
